Shipping: 

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • We offer free shipping in the USA via USPS ground, or you can opt to pay for priority shipping. For out of USA orders we ship through UPS. 

Where do you ship?

  • We ship both in the USA and internationally. 

Why do I have to pay a customs fee on my international order?

  • International orders may be subject to a custom fee, this fee can vary by size of the package. I am not responsible for paying custom fees or VAT fees, customers are responsible to pay custom fees.

    Updating your order:

    Can I cancel or edit my order?

    • Once an order is placed, you can not edit it. If you were looking to add more items though you can place another order and I will ship them together. 
    • If you need to cancel an order contact me via email or the chat bubble on my website and I will see it within 24 hours and cancel within reason. 

    Can I change my shipping address?

    • If for any reason you notice that you input the wrong address and I have not shipped it out yet, please contact me immediately so that I see that the address needs to be changed before packing your order. 

    Order Issues:

    What does "pre-shipment" mean?

    • This means that I have packed your order and will be getting it to the post office within the next 24 hours. You should see updates on your tracking number within 48 hours depending on how long the post office takes to get it on route. 

    Why has my order been returned to sender?

    • This very rarely happens, but I have occasionally received a package back due to it being "undeliverable" for some reason or another (its different every time) If this happens and I notice it before you contact me, I will try to contact you. If you notice first, please contact me. In either case you have the option of verifying address and having it sent back out, or a partial refund (I would refund everything aside from the shipping cost). 

    What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

    • Once a package is in the shipping companies possession anything that happens to it is out of my hands. You would have to contact them a create a case.

    Which crystals should I choose for a specific purpose?

    • If you need help picking crystals for a specific purpose you are free to contact us through our chat bubble, otherwise each crystal on our site has listed in the description what they are good for! 

    Can I wear crystals as jewelry?

    • Absolutely! We currently offer crystal bracelets and plan to expand our selection of crystal jewelry to necklaces and rings soon as well! 

    Do you offer cleansed and charged crystals?

    • Yes, all of our crystals go through a cleansing process to remove and negative energies and are charged with positive intentions before being shipped to you!

    Can crystals replace medical treatment?

    • Crystals are meant to compliment medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

    Can I request a specific crystal or product that is not currently in stock?

    • Absolutely! If there is a specific crystal or metaphysical product you are looking for and it is not currently available in our store, please let us know and we will do our best to source it for you!
